To open up your site’s files, click on the folders in the right-side panel until you find the one labeled Themes:
Click on the folder on the right side and find the Themes folder. Now go to the left side that contains the zip folder that you have downloaded from the theme platform.
Find the zip file or WordPress theme, right-click, and choose upload. The upload process takes time to upload to the server. When the upload finishes, you will see the files on the right-hand side, which is the server end. Now themes have been uploaded successfully to your website.
